Como vai?
It’s Dan Hayes from a year and change back. Just figured I’d see what everyone’s been up to, and give a status update on what’s been going on.
I’ve been in Duluth, GA working constantly and of course training. Everything’s been going great; I’ve been training under Paul Creighton these days, but I plan to start off that journey I talked briefly about before long starting with Las Vegas at Xtreme Cotoure and hitting up Red Devil and Legend Gym along the way in addition to the stops in Sao Paolo, Kyoto and Bangkok. Everything has been going pretty well. My boxing has improved one hundred fold it feels like, and my ground control is outstanding now – need to work my leg subs more though and flexibility isn’t where I expected after spending all that time with you guys.
So how has everyone been? Jay ever go back to Naga?
Hey Dan how are you man? Great to hear from you. Jay has never been back at Naga, but has won the Advanced division at Grapplers Quest.
