Hi, my name is Camila Silva and I've been involved in the fitness industry for over 12 years, training Capoeira, Boxing, Kickboxing.

I hold a Degree in Exercise Science and Wellness.

I have done extensive certification in: Personal Training, Group Fitness, Proficiency in Nutritional counseling and Russian Kettlebell training.

I specialize in personal and group training for woman of all ages and backgrounds. My latest project is the Woman only Bootcamp in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
