The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Center was established in 1995 by Masters Jorge Popovitch and Pablo Popovitch.
Their goals have always been to teach the most effective techniques for self-defense and fitness.
They pride themselves in offering personalized service and instruction. Their students receive a proven training program that includes the best Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Wrestling, Kickboxing/Muay Thai, and Mixed Martial Arts instruction available. This training program transforms a student into a disciplined and well-rounded individual. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has proven to be the most effective self defense in the world. The United States military and Law Enforcements agencies throughout the country have made jiu-jitsu their official hand-to-hand combat self defense.
We have developed a systematic 27 lesson program guided by a training curriculum that will prepare you for street self-defense, Brazilian jiu-jitsu tournaments or Mixed Martial Arts Competition. Our courses will teach you the defenses against the most common street attacks. Learn to defend against ordinary chokes, grabs, punches, kicks, bear hugs and head locks, as well as weapons such as guns, knives and sticks.
